Becoming a partner

Thank you for your interest in the SYNCHRON Alliance, which provides the framework for developing partner relationships between SYNCHRON and select organizations. SYNCHRON maintains a wide variety of partner relationships, but the common thread is proven expertise in the industry and in SYNCHRON software.

We seek partners range in size from small firms with exceptional SYNCHRON software implementation capabilities to global organizations that can provide enterprise SYNCHRON software solutions. Better service to our customers is the primary objective of these alliances.


Application Process

The SYNCHRON Alliance application process helps SYNCHRON ensure that partner organizations meet the same high standards of market knowledge, integrity and customer satisfaction that SYNCHRON sets for itself.

All applications undergo rigorous review to ensure that SYNCHRON customers can seek assistance from SYNCHRON Alliance members with the confidence that these organizations have the full support of SYNCHRON. SYNCHRON® Alliance Program Guide

The SYNCHRON Alliance application process includes the following steps:

Step 1: Complete the SYNCHRON Alliance application available online at www.SYNCHRON.com/alliance.

Step 2: Once an application is submitted and reviewed, the SYNCHRON Alliance Team will determine whether to accept or deny the application.

Step 3: If an application is accepted, the SYNCHRON Alliance Team will work with the applicant to complete the appropriate SYNCHRON Alliance Agreement and the Development and Demonstration Software Supplement for SYNCHRON software use.
Completion of SYNCHRON’ software licensing documents will be required prior to the software being provided.

Step 4: A joint business plan is developed for Platinum, Gold and select Silver members.

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance into the SYNCHRON Alliance is based on an organization’s ability to meet the requirements for the program. Those requirements are outlined in the program overview sections.
A thorough review is made of each application.
The goal of the SYNCHRON Alliance is to form long-term relationships with organizations whose corporate goals and identity complement those of SYNCHRON, benefit our mutual customers and are mutually beneficial for SYNCHRON and the alliance member.
SYNCHRON reserves the right to approve or reject applications that appear to be inconsistent with the goals of the SYNCHRON Alliance.
