Each member of the Business Development team interacts with executive-level clients on a daily basis, through both face-to-face meetings and international conference calls, to develop fully integrated Growth Partnership Services and Growth Consulting solutions. The members of this prestigious team have a blend of industry experience and practical sales knowledge that qualifies them as leaders and innovators in our organization.

Business Development Managers :

The Business Development Manager will develop and launch new global business initiatives.
As part of this role, he will be responsible for leveraging SYNCHRON's extensive capabilities to satisfy clients and maintain successful relationships; this includes the promotion of customer research and the identification of present and future consulting needs. Additionally, the Business Development Manager is responsible for managing his sales processes through the attainment of quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Individuals, who exhibit self-motivation, drive, and determination will excel in this role. Directors of Business Development who regularly meet and exceed their revenue targets will advance to the role of Vice President of Business Development.

The ideal Business Development Manager candidate will possess:

- Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation

- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to coordinate and lead brainstorming discussions

- Solid grounding in business concepts and dynamics

- Negotiation skills and the capacity to create and deliver convincing viewpoints

- A track record of initiative, creative thinking, and ownership for attaining performance goals

- Ability to apply consultative sales process to a dynamic marketplace

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly

- Degree level education is preferred

- All candidates must have written and verbal fluency in Arabic and English .

- French language is needed for French speaking nations

Key contribution areas

Strategy Development & Planning

Prepare overall the international marketing strategy together with partners and senior management.
Develop programs & projects with quantifiable objectives & measure results.
Customize special international projects according to customers' needs & cultures.
Analyze the International market trends; recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Setting with the higher management the international long range plans (LRP) on both the quantitative & qualitative levels.


Demonstrate a significant understanding of the International markets & capture new opportunities & unsatisfied gaps.
Coordinate with all members of the marketing department to identify market trends , develop new customized services opportunities and meet client needs profitably.
Creating new customer needs through our flexible portfolio of valuable services (Development , Consultation ,Research or creative execution).
Identify, analyze & pursue on International business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
Strongly participate to leverage the relationship with the Key opinion leaders & potential customers and heighten awareness towards SYNCHRON.(Customer Relationship Management)

Management and Leadership

Build and maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching of staff (Partners' Account executives)
Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues.
Provide clear leadership that establishes credibility with partners and foster a team culture consistent with SYNCHRON's values
Ensure development of the existing executive (sales & marketing) team and oversee the recruitment of appropriately skilled staff to new positions as and when required
